Dennis J. Sinclitico
Dennis J. Sinclitico is the senior partner of Sinclitico & Burns. "First and foremost, I am a trial lawyer".
Dennis grew up in San Diego, California, and, after graduating from the University of San Diego ("USD"), he attended the University of Wisconsin School of Law. After graduating in 1971 up to the present he has been continuously involved in representing the interests of people whose needs bring them in contact with the legal system.
Being recognized as one of the "Best Lawyers in America" and is a Southern California Super Lawyer, Dennis is respected nationally as an effective trial attorney. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, the most prestigious trial lawyer organization in the United States. He has been President of the Los Angeles Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates ("ABOTA") and also President of the California Chapters of ABOTA. He has held numerous national offices for this organization.
Frequently, Dennis is invited to speak as a guest lecturer to both judges and attorneys on matters related to the trials of lawsuits as well as the litigation process and court system.
Dennis lives in Long Beach, California and is a frequent participant in community-based organizations.

Hugh R. Burns
Hugh R. Burns, Esq. is an attorney with seventeen years of diverse, broad based experience in representing both individuals and corporations. Mr. Burns, a partner of Sinclitico & Burns, has been representing his clients' interests in California since 1990. His extensive experience in Latin America gives him the unique skills to assist and represent Spanish speaking clients. Mr. Burns is fluent in Spanish after living in Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Panama and Spain for many years.
Hugh takes pride in providing individualized, focused representation to people who have been injured as a result of negligence, professional wrongdoing, and probate disputes. Mr. Burns has substantial trial experience and is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He has also assisted his clients in the resolution of business disputes, employment litigation and business transactions.
After graduating from Brigham Young University in 1987, Mr. Burns received his juris doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles in 1990. His law school experience included assisting in the publication of the law review and an externship with the Honorable Ronald S. W. Lew, U.S. District Court Judge. He has also been an adjunct professor teaching business law at Long Beach City College.
Mr. Burns is extensively involved in community and church related activities in the Long Beach area. He is frequently asked to speak to civic and community groups regarding estate planning, probate and business related matters.
